Customised Meal Plans & Recipes

Madeleine offers unique, healthy and delicious meal plans and customised recipe booklets that are specifically customised for you. Meal plans and recipe booklets can be customised to suit your dietary preferences or needs, your lifestyle, and your health aspirations, helping you to live a healthy lifestyle while enjoying your favourite foods.

A meal plan is for you if:

  • You are committed to improving your health and want more structure to your diet and meals
  • You are bored with your current diet and are looking for some inspiration
  • You have a goal, health concern or other specific need for a personalised meal plan
  • You are confused about the overload of information and want clear guidance and direction

If you prefer a little less structure, a customised recipe booklet can be created to provide you with recipes suited to you.

Meals plans or recipe booklets can be purchased as a package with an initial consultation, or added on to any follow-up consultation. Meal plans are also available without a consultation.

Having a qualified naturopath create your personalised meal plan can take the stress and uncertainly out of meal planning and help achieve your health objectives.

 Once you have purchased your meal plan, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete outlining your diet, your health goals, your food preferences, among others.

 Meal plans can be helpful in a range of different scenarios, some examples include:

  • Are you uninspired or bored with with your current diet and need help with some recipe ideas that are both healthy and taste delicious?
  • Are you aiming to lose weight or gain weight in way that also supports your nutrition and health?
  • Are you wanting to detox or get back to healthy eating after some holiday overindulgence?
  • Have you recently switched to a more plant-based diet, a gluten-free diet, or another style of diet and need some recipe ideas and guidance?

What You Will Receive

  • A customised 7-day meal plan for all or some of your meals and snacks, or a customised recipe booklet with 12 – 15 recipes, depending on your preference
  • Nutritious and delicious whole food recipes with clear, step-by-step instructions
  • A “notes” section for swaps/alternatives and additional options to suit your needs
  • Email support for up to 4 weeks, as needed
